The Panjab University Campus Students’ Council is organizing a cultural function National Youth Festival “Jhankaar-2012” on the Panjab University Campus, Chandigarh from March 21-23, 2012.

"Jhankaar-2012" is a much hyped mega bonanza full of fun & frolic, thrill and entertainment. It provides a platform for budding youth to unleash their latent talent and to promote national interaction amongst students of different Universities and Educational Institutions.
