1. “NO VEHICLE ROAD” The VVIP route will be from Gate No-I via Administrative block, Chemistry department and Physics department road up to Gymnasium Hall.

1. This route will not be allowed for public from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on 4^th March 2018.
2. No vehicles will be allowed to be parked on this route road on. 3^rd and 4^th of March 2018. 

1. Please park your vehicles in their respective / designated parking only.
2. All the residents / visitors of Panjab University nor to park their vehicles on the road side in the PU campus on March 3 and March 4, 2018. If any vehicles is found parked in the unauthorized area, it will be tow- away by the traffic police of Chandigarh.
3. Gate timing for general public on 4^th March 2018.

1. Gate No-1- Will remain open for entry and exit from 06.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and after 01.00 p.m. No vehicles will be allowed from gate no-1 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
2. Gate No-2: Will remain open for entry and exit throughout.
3. Gate No-3: Will remain open for entry and exit from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.  

            All the Panjab University residents, visitors in the PU campus are requested to follow the above mentioned instructions for the smooth conduct of the Convocation.  Inconvenience if any is regretted        .
