It is hereby notified that the Panjab University, Chandigarh has declared a public holiday on 31st August, 2019 on the occasion of Pehla Parkash Sahib Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji in the Institutions/Regional Centres/Offices/Affiliated Colleges of Panjab University situated in the state of Punjab ONLY. However, Panjab University, Chandigarh and its affiliated Colleges situated in Chandigarh will remain open on 31.8.2019.
