This is in continuation to the Circular No. 1830/DRE dated 19.8.2019 regarding Special Chance to the students under semester system of all U.G. & P.G. Courses to clear their one re-appear paper/subject in whole course, it is informed that the date for submission of forms has been extended up to 9.9.2019 and site for online forms will be operational from 4.9.2019.

Note:-

1. The above said chance has been granted for only one re-appear paper/subject in whole course despite of available normal chances to complete the degree.
2. The forms of which courses are filled offline, be filled offline and which are filled online, be filled online. 
3.   Online forms are to be submitted through “ugexam.puchd.ac.in” for U.G. courses and “pgexam.puchd.ac.in” for P.G. courses w.e.f. 4.9.2019
4. The forms of eligible candidates will be converted in above said special chance which were filled by them in June/July 2019, under Golden Chance and fee of other not eligible candidates will be refunded as per P.U. rules.
