All those Ph.D. candidates, who could not submit their Ph.D. theses within the maximum time limit fixed due to one reason or the other, is given a golden chance to submit their theses. They can submit their Ph.D thesis within six months i.e. upto 28.04.2020 from the issue of this circular. The request of Research Scholars for submission of Ph.D thesis will not be entertained beyond 28.04.2020.
