CHANDIGARH: 02 November 2011: Mr. Sudheer Bassi, Managing Director, Morgan Stanley,
visited University Business School (UBS) at P.U. Campus.  He has led a number of
capital market and advisory assignments across various sectors including Real Estate,
Telecom, Technology, Financial Services, Metals, Infrastructure, etc. Mr. Bassi
interacted with the faculty and students of UBS.  He shared his experiences in
investment banking and the expectations of corporate world from new recruits.

Mr. Bassi explained the relevant factors which are considered for the valuation of
IPOs and dwells on the fact that those entering the stock market must be able to make
informed decisions, Prof. Meenaksh Malhotra, Chairperson, UBS informed.
