CHANDIGARH: February 15, 2012: The School of Communication Studies, Panjab University
in collaboration with UGC; Department of Information, Pubic Relations, Government of
Haryana is organizing National Seminar on ‘New Media: Potentials and Problems’ in the
Seminar Hall of the Department, Arts Block VII, P.U. Campus on Friday, February 17,
2012 from 9.30 a.m. onwards.  
    Professor B.K. Kuthiala, Vice-Chancellor, Makhanlal Chaturvedi National
Journalism University, Bhopal will deliver the thematic address.  Mr. Shiv Raman Gaur,
Director General Information, Public Relations and Cultural Affairs & Additional
Principal Secretary to Chief Minister of Haryana will deliver the keynote address.  
Prof. R.C. Sobti, Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University will deliver the presidential
address.
