Chandigarh is organizing a Professor Pradeep Kumar Memorial Lecture on Reclaiming 
Democracy: Political facts as a Mode of Resistance by Professor Ujjwal Kumar Singh, 
Professor of Political Science at University of Delhi, on 26th February 2013 at Golden 
Jubilee Hall at 12:00 noon. 

The lecture will be presided over by Professor Pam Rajput, Member of Committee to Study 
Status of Women (set up by the Ministry of Women and Child Development in 2012).
