CHANDIGARH-April 10, 2013: Mr. Pawan Agarwal, Advisor (Higher Education), Planning
Commission, GoI, New Delhi will be delivering a special lecture on ‘Higher Education in
the Twelfth Plan and Beyond: Strategy and Approach’ in the CIL Seminar Hall on Friday,
April 12, 2013 at 3.00 p.m. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Arun Kumar Grover, will preside
over the function.
