In the ongoing B.Ed. admissions of 5 colleges situated in Chandigarh affiliated to Panjab University namely Government College of education ,Sector 20-d,Chandigarh,Dev Samaj College of education,Sector 36-b,Chandigarh,Regional institute for mentally hadicapped,sector-31,Chandigarh,Government college of yoga education and health,sector 23 ,Chandigarh and Brahmrishi yoga training college, sector 19-a,Chandigarh,the eligibility conditions for opting for major teaching subject has been changed from three years to two years. All those candidates who have studied the major subject for two years at Bachelors or Masters level will now beeligible to take up the respective major subjects for B.Ed.The change has been brought about after recieving coommunication from PANJAB UNIVERSITY authorities in line with admissions taking place in the state of Punjab for the same course.

Last date for the generation of bank challan for fee deposit closes on 9th July 2013 whereas last date for uploading the complete form closes on 11th July 2013.
