Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh has granted a special chance to the students who
have passed M.A.-I (Annual) examinations, but could not appear/having appeared but
failed/placed under the re-appear in M.A-II Examination conducted by this University in
upto 2011, under Annual system. The special chance Examination will be conducted in
April/May 2014.
The students who intend to improve their previous performance of M.A-II only, but could
not avail their permissible chances due to introduction of semester system, can also
avail this chance.
    PU Controller of Examination Dr. Parvinder Singh said that Examination fee for the
general category candidates would be Rs. 10,000 and for SC/ST category candidates would
be Rs. 5,000. The last date for submission of Examination form would be December 31,
2013 and there would be no provision for late fee or late submission after the last date.
