CIRCULAR

As in the previous years, silence will be observed in the Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh for two minutes at 11 AM on the January 30, 2015 in the memory of those who gave their lives in the struggle for India’s freedom. All persons should wherever they are, stand up from 11 AM to 11.02 AM and observe the silence.
