The Department of Public Relations (DPR), Panjab University (PU) invites applications from the students/ research scholars, who are willing to contribute as the ‘Student Reporter’ for ‘PU News’ and the PR Department of PU.

The interested students/research scholars may submit their application on plain paper (with their full contact details, Roll No, Class and the Department) to their respective Chairperson/Director before February 27, 2015. The students may also submit the application at the office of DPR, Room No. 43, Administrative Building before February 27, 2015.

Twenty ‘Student Reporter’ will be selected from different departments of the University Campus. Different departments/centres/institutions will be distributed as their ‘Beat’ among the selected ‘Student Reporter’. ‘Student Reporter’ will be expected to cover and report events/seminars/achievements about their respective ‘Beat departments’.

The selected students will be given attendance for the contribution/work assigned to them. On satisfactory performance, they will also be entitled to experience/appreciation certificate on behalf of the University. Their selected articles may also be published in the PU News.
